The founder
Vincent Wilt, AIA
Wilco Construction was founded by Vincent Wilt, a registered architect licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
Over his career, Vincent has managed mixed-use multi-family high-rise construction, boutique hotel projects, and luxury single-family homes — work that spans ground-up new construction and the more demanding discipline of adaptive rehabilitation, where you work with the building you have, not the one on paper.
That architectural background is the reason Wilco exists. It lets us approach each project with a working knowledge of building code, design coordination, project phasing and construction detail — the places where budgets are usually won or lost.
